4. In-Depth Cost Estimate
We'll provide an itemized budget, material selections, and estimated timeline so you know the total investment required before signing.
5. Fixed Price Quotation
While permit approval is pending, we'll finalize your quotation. Once approved, we'll sign all agreements and discuss the next steps.
6. Client Agreement
We'll outline our obligations in a commencement agreement, then manage it per the building contract—reviewing all aspects during signing.
7. Construction
We'll adhere to schedules, providing weekly updates via email, texts, and site visits to keep you informed every step of the way.
8. Completion and Handover
Congratulations! We'll work through our completion checklist, rectifying any issues before handing over your gorgeous new space.
