About This Plan

The Twin Gable opens into an 18-foot living room with a stone-and-shiplap fireplace wall that runs all the way to the ceiling. The fireplace can be wood-burning, gas or electric. The kitchen sits right beside it, a long island kitchen open to the living room and the dining room.
The primary suite is on the main floor, with a walk-in closet and a bath with a tub and a separate tiled shower. Upstairs, two bedrooms share a bath with a double vanity, and the hall looks down into the living room.
Off the foyer there's a flex room for an office, a guest room or a playroom. Coming in from the two-car garage you pass the laundry, a storage room and a full bath. Over the garage, a 21'-11" × 18'-0" bonus room is framed and insulated, ready to finish when you need it.

Outside
Vinyl lap and board-and-batten siding, architectural shingles, 6-inch seamless gutters, a double front door in natural wood, and stained tongue-and-groove porch ceilings.
